Fetal Tissue Research and Christian Bioethics: A Review of the Scientific Developments, Policy Landscape, and Ethical Considerations (2022 Edition), Edward R. Grant, Heather Zeiger, and Michael J. Sleasman, The Center for Bioethics & Human Dignity
I was the managing editor for a report on the ethics of using fetal tissue for research purposes, a collaborative endeavor that looks at the regulatory history, current research uses, and ethical dilemmas of using fetal tissue for research purposes. We also held a one-day workshop (online) on the topic that was approved for CME credit.
It was a privilege to be able to work with brilliant people who brought the Catholic, Protestant, and Orthodox perspectives on this topic.
